Ben is the founder and president of Menadena, LLC which is the leading technology solutions broker in New England based on Google Reviews. He began his career as a Series 7 licensed representative leading Chase Manhattan Bank's Personal Banking division for highest sales in New York City, then went on to join the #1 ranked ABN Amro Asia equity research team in Taiwan. While at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Ben lead the winning team in the Edward L. Kaplan New Venture Challenge.
In 2002, Ben joined Daruma Capital Management as an analyst for a concentrated US small-cap value portfolio with $1 billion in assets. In 2005, he left Daruma and started Menadena as a business consultancy, with early projects including an investment fund in Berlin, Germany, and Fuel Bio, the largest biodiesel manufacturer on the East Coast. Menadena later became a web design and digital marketing agency before pivoting to the technology sector as a solutions broker partnering as an agent with leading technology companies globally.
